Fortnite Winterfest 2021 features various new unlockable skins, cosmetic accessories, bundles, challenges, and more. Here's everything you need to know about it, including the start date.

Fortnite Chapter 3 brought a plethora of new content for players to explore, including Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Spider-Man as unlockable skins. Vaults have also returned to the Island.

Epic Games will bring players into the holiday spirit with Winterfest 2021. This event features new cosmetic skins, bundles, challenges, and other fun additions for fans to enjoy in the battle royale.

Fortnite Winterfest 2021 start date and downtime

There's a chill in the air as our v19.01 Game Update is set to release tomorrow!

Epic Games have confirmed that the Fortnite Winterfest festivities will kick off on December 16 and will last for 14 days until December 30. During this time, we will see the arrival of frosty fresh items, special challenges, and more.

The event had a similar duration last time as well. The 19.01 update arrived on December 14 at 12 AM PST / 3 AM EST / 8 AM GMT and the game entered downtime as the new content was implemented.

How to get free Krisabelle & Polar Peely skins in Fortnite

The Winterfest 2021 event has already brought a ton of cool holiday-themed skins that you can purchase from the Item Shop, along with two cash bundles. So, you can participate in the fest while wearing cool winter outfits.

It's not common for Fortnite skins to be given away for free although players must remember it is the season of giving. During Winterfest, both Krisabelle and Polar Peely skins will be available.

These aren't the easiest skins to unlock but players up for a challenge will receive a festive reward. Claiming the six presents blocking her way will result in unlocking the Krisabelle skin. This means you'll have to be patient and wait until at least day 7 of Winterfest before you can complete the challenge.

When it comes to Polar Peely, you'll have to wait for the frozen ice block to thaw. Although we currently don't know when that will be, players should expect it to occur as the event nears its conclusion.

Fortnite Winterfest 2021 items

Fortnite fans are sure to recognize some returning holiday items via Winterfest. Keep in mind you'll have a limited time to take advantage of these festive items so get to playing!

How to open presents in Fortnite Winterfest 2021

Accessing your presents in Fortnite is quite simple. Just make sure you're on thelobby screen and keep scrolling until you get to thesnowflake tab. Select 'visit Lodge' and choose the present you want to open.

The next 14 days will be vital. Don't forget to return each day for the next 14 days to unwrap more presents. If you miss a day or two, worry not, you will be able to catch up on any unopened presents. You'll need to log in before January 6, 2022 to do so.

That covers everything that's been revealed so far about Winterfest 2021. You can currently go to the Fortnite Item Shop and purchase some cool holiday-themed cosmetics for yourself.

Spider-Man: No Way Home has finally premiered, and Fortnite has celebrated by adding Tom Holland and Zendaya skins from the movie. Here's how to get the new Spider-Man skins, and how much they cost.

Spider-Man arrived in the Chapter 3, Season 1 Battle Pass along with his Mythic Web Shooters being usable in-game. Now, to celebrate the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home starring Tom Holland, Epic Games have included the MCU's Spider-Man and MJ as a new bundle.

These bundles arrive alongside the Winterfest 2021 event, so here's how to get your hands on the new Tom Holland and Zendaya skins.

Spider-Man: No Way Home bundle release date

The Spider-Man: No Way Home bundle will go live in Fortnite's Item Shop on December 16 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET / 12 AM GMT (December 17).

These skins arrive the same day as the Winterfest 2021 event, which will see many more winter-themed skins and bundles arrive in the Item Shop.

How to get Spider-Man: No Way Home skins – Bundles & price

Spider-Man's No Way Home bundle arrives in Fortnite's Item Shop, where it can be purchased for V-Bucks.

Although Epic Games haven't revealed the exact price, we expect it to be around 2,500 V-Bucks, which is standard for the premium bundles.

The bundle contains two No Way Home skins for Tom Holland's Spider-Man, as well as the MJ No Way Home outfit, sporting Zendaya's look from the film. Players will also be able to take Spider-Man's mask off with the built-in 'Amazing Unmasking' emote.

According to a leak from Fortnite data miner iFireMonkey, the No Way Home bundle will also include:

• Brooklyn Bookbag – Back Bling
• Spider-Man Icon – Backbling
• No Way Homerun Hitter – Harvesting Tool

You should also be able to buy some of these items separately, but buying the bundle as a whole is usually cheaper.

Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 brought a brand-new Battle Pass featuring unlockable skins like Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Spider-Man. There are also cool items like Spidey's Web-Shooters.

There will be plenty of other fun additions as Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1. However, players are already looking forward to Season 2. Here's everything we know about the next major update.

When does Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 end?

Keeping Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1's end date in mind, we expect Season 2 to begin immediately afterward onSunday, March 20, 2022. This might change if the current season is extended.

Unfortunately, it's too early to say with any certainty what will be in the Fortnite Season 3, Chapter 2 Battle Pass. Epic has a long history of collaborating with popular franchises, so we expect to see more crossovers.

It's also expected that the snow which covers the map in Season 1 will have melted by the time Season 2 arrives. The coming map changes could bring whole new areas and creatures to the Island.
